Filing a payment dispute after using digital content may result in:
immediate suspension of the account;
permanent limitation of access to services;
possible recovery of the amounts due through the procedures permitted by law.
The account holder retains the right to seek legal protection in the event of fraudulent use of the service.
11. Prohibition on Distribution and Sharing
All content on THE LUNA ROOM is protected by intellectual property rights.
It is strictly prohibited to:
share, publish, or distribute content on third-party platforms;
upload content to file-sharing sites or social networks;
providing third parties with access to restricted content;
use screen recording or mass capture systems for redistribution.
Any violation may result in:
immediate account suspension;
request for damages;

12. Intellectual Property

artificially generated images,
graphic elements,
logos,
text,
site layout,
videos, and digital materials,
are the exclusive property of the Site owner or are licensed.
The purchase of content or subscriptions does not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights.
The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for private use of the content.
Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.
